Mag’s vision and mission
Recruiting processes at modern and dynamic companies are unconventional.
I focus on the industries in which one does NOT say “It has always been like this”,
and NOT write “Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby apply for…”.
Modern Job Search is anything but formal, traditional and dusty.

Every job search is individual. General tips like “You can get any job with these 6 steps” will not bring you success!
You apply differently to an IT organization or a bank, and differently to a creative agency or a fashion brand. Differently to a corporation and to a start-up. Differently as a young professional and as a manager…
My mission is not only to provide you with valuable insider information, but also to show you concrete steps and give you the right tools. Because the topic of job search is as multifaceted as, for example, nutrition: it is clear that there is no effective universal diet that achieves equally good results for everyone.
Orientation
Often, the subject of job search among applicants is based on assumptions and presumptions regarding the reasons for rejections and the accuracy of application documents and salary expectations in Germany.
There is little clarity as to what information is relevant, up-to-date, and valuable. There are many sources and an overload of information, which paralyzes rather than helps. In Modern Job Search Coaching, I provide you with only the information that is essential, necessary and will bring you success!
Empowerment
Services like “Experts will take care of everything for you, create your resume and write your cover letter,” do not make sense to me. You will have to rely on yourself for personal interviews at the latest.
If you use different language and your self-presentation does not come across authentically, it will be noticed quickly.
In coaching, I work with you at eye level, so that you are best prepared, reach your goal independently with my help and do not depend on me in the future.
Passion for diverse people
As a Manager and HR Professional in Germany, I worked for 11 years with diverse personalities and international departments, such as Marketing, Sales, Creative, IT, Finance, Business or Administration.
In my jobs as an internal mentor and sparring partner I have accompanied many team members – from juniors to senior management – in their personal and professional development.
Through these experiences, as well as thanks to my own successful job searches and years of personal development, I have gained a comprehensive 360-degree perspective, which I would like to share with you as a personal and accessible Coach.
I give all my energy, attention, motivation and years of expertise to ambitious expats, offering them thoughtful and proven solutions for the German job market.

Made 1984 in Poland as the middle sister of three
I am highly interested in personal growth, holistic well-being, mindfulness and yoga
2024 I fulfilled my dream of working as a volunteer in a monkey sanctuary in Zimbabwe
I enjoy traveling the world and biking or hiking in nature when the sun is out
People watching and overthinking are things I like to do the most 😉
